Here at ElviasRDBabz I have taken Great Care and Time in raising Big, Healthy, Beautiful Ragdolls and so far have created some Ragdoll Males that weigh between 18 to 24 lbs. and most of my Breeding Ragdoll females weigh between 10 to 15 lbs.
If you are looking for wonderful lines that someone has put a lot of time and care into creating, This I have done and will always continue to do.

ADOPTION FEE FOR A BREEDER OR SHOW/BREEDER IS
PRICED INDIVIDUALLY
HCM, MPS VI and Color Testing will be done through UcDavis at the expence of the buyer, this cost is $140.00!
A Micro Chip will also be done on each Breeder Cat/Kitten Prior to leaving at the expence of the buyer, this cost is $65.00!

1) Any Breeder purchased from ElviasRDBabz is not to be used in any breeding program after the age of 6 years unless with prier permission from the seller and approval from a certified vet.
2) Any Female breeder purchased from ElviasRDBabz is not to be bred at least until 12 months of age and not more than twice a year thereafter.
3) Buyer agrees not to keep the breeder cat/kitten in any outside facility.
4) Breeder cat/kitten is not to be let outside unless in an enclosed environment protected from the elements and other animals.
5) Buyer agrees to provide fresh water and quality food to the breeder cat/kitten at all times.
6) Buyer agrees to keep cat/kitten up to date on vaccines and provide proper prompt veterinarian care for anything the cat/kitten may need.
7) The Seller will have this Breeder Cat/Kitten Micro Chipped at the cost of $$$$ to the buyer, This is to be scanned and marked on your Cat/Kitten’s Vet record each time your Cat/Kitten is brought to the Vet for verification, If this is not done The Replacement Contract will be null and void.
8)All Pet Cats/Kittens from this Breeder Cat/Kitten are to be ALTERED (Spayed/Neutered) prior to going to their new home/s, no exceptions.
9)Buyer agrees not to sell any Breeder cat/kittens from said cat back to New England. If said cat/kitten is from Australian lines, Buyer agrees to also not sell any cat/kitten breeder to Australia.
10) In the case of a broken contract any and all court proceedings will be held in Elvia LeClair’s (Elvia’s Ragdoll Babz) State/County.
11) If purchasing kitten/s as potential Show Breeder/s, the kitten/s need to be shown at least once after 8 months of age. You the buyer has 3 days to bring this cat/kitten to a certified vet and have your own examination done to prove Health and Condition of this cat. Also at this time I advise all new breeder cats/kittens coming into your home will need to have the fiv/felv test done and for you to quarantine for at least 2 weeks before allowing them to come into contact with any of your existing cats, kittens, dogs ect. If upon this examination a Genetic issue is found that makes this cat/kitten unable to be a breeder with certified proof, then a replacement breeder cat/kitten of the same price and quality will be offered (NO REFUNDS). ANY AND ALL TESTS AND VET. BILLS ARE THE RESPONSIBILITY OF THE BUYER. BI_________If your breeder cat/kitten has not produced any offspring by 2 years of age from non-environmental issues (with proof from a certified vet.) a replacement cat/kitten of the same price and quality will be offered (NO REFUNDS) ANY AND ALL TESTS AND VET BILLS ARE THE RESPONSIBILITY OF THE BUYER. BI________If this cat/kitten should pass of hereditary defects within 2 years of it’s birth, a replacement kitten/cat will be offered of the same price and quality(NO REFUNDS). He/She will be replaced after proof in the form of an Autopsy report from a certified vet has been given to the breeder. THIS AND ALL VET BILLS ARE THE RESPONSIBILITY OF THE BUYER. FOR ANY REPLACEMENT BREEDER TO BE GIVEN THE ORIGINAL BREEDER CAT/KITTEN NEEDS TO BE RETURNED, IF CAT/KITTEN HAS PASSED, AN AUTOPSY REPORT FROM A CERTIFIED VET IS REQUIRED FOR REPLACEMENT CAT/KITTEN.
