Sepia Ragdoll, Mink Ragdoll Breeder, Solid Ragdolls
ElviasRDBabz is a small Ragdoll Breeder of Traditional Blue Eyed Ragdoll Cats and Kittens, We will no longer be breeding for the beautiful Mink Ragdoll cats, Solid or Self Colored (Calico) Ragdoll cats, Sepia Ragdoll cats, as we have decided to focus on our Traditional Blue Eyed Ragdoll Kittens and Cats that come as Bi-Color Ragdolls , Mitted Ragdolls and Color Pointed Ragdolls. This is how all our beautiful babz go to their new homes. First all Ragdoll Cats and Ragdoll Kittens go to their new homes with age appropriate distemper vaccine, and will be spayed or neutered and ready to go home by 12-16 weeks old. We are a Ragdoll Breeder of Ragdoll Cats and Ragdoll Kittens that specializes in health first, temperament, and size. Not all Ragdoll Cats and Ragdoll Kittens are going to be magnificent in size. As a Ragdoll Breeder I can tell you that on average most Ragdoll Cats and Ragdoll Kittens are bigger than your average cat. Female Ragdoll Cats are usually around 9-14 pounds and your Male Ragdoll Cats are about 14-20 pounds. Female and Male Ragdoll Cats and Ragdoll Kittens however can weigh less or more than their averages just like any other specie.
My Ragdoll Breeder Cats are all TICA registered and have all tested negative for feline leukemia/fiv/heartworm.
REQUIRED DEPOSITS
A $500.00 non-refundable deposit is required for Traditional pet kittens, Non-Refundable means if the kitten color and pattern is in the litter you placed a deposit down on is born and you decide that you don’t want this kitten “just because” you will not get your deposit back. But, if the kitten you were looking for isn’t in the litter you place the deposit down on, you can either at that point place the deposit down on a future litter or I will refund your deposit (ONLY IF THE COLOR/PATTERN KITTEN YOU PLACED THE DEPOSIT ON ISN’T AVAILABLE).
SPAY/NEUTER COMPLICATIONS
When your kitten is Spayed/Neutered unfortunately their can be complications, in Lou of these complications you can choose either an available kitten if I have one, if not then you can choose from any future available kittens in the same price range as your original kitten that you adopted.

By Purchasing/Receiving a Kitten/Cat from Elvia’s Ragdoll Babz and/or Signing this Contract buyer agrees to the following;
1. You the Buyer are required to bring said kitten/cat to a Certified Vet within 3 days(72 Hrs.) of bringing him/her home or this contract and replacement plan are null and void, If the exam is done within the allotted 3 days and something is found a replacement kitten of the buyers choice up to the amount of the original purchase will be offered. (NO REFUNDS). Any and all vet bills are the responsibility of the buyer.
2. This Cat/Kitten is not to be given any FIV/FELV OR FIP vaccines because these vaccines can possibly cause what you are trying to prevent. Also do not give the Distemper vaccine at the same time as the Rabies vaccine as Ragdolls are very sensitive and can have a severe reaction to both vaccines being given together. Other than these requirements, I am not a Vet so your Certified Vet will let you know what vaccines are required in your State above and beyond what has already been given by the breeder.
3. You the buyer agree’s that if you no longer can keep said kitten for any reason, you need to contact me so that I may help you with the transition, I would need you to know how to acclimate this kitten properly to another home in a safe manner for the Health and Wellbeing of this kitten.
4. This kitten needs to be quarantined(kept completely away from) any and all other pets in your home for a duration of 14 days to ensure your kitten does not catch any germs from your pets that she/he has not built up in his/her immune system yet. This will help ensure your pets and your new kittens health and wellbeing.
5. You the buyer agree that unless in an enclosed kitten/cat run, this kitten/cat will be an indoor cat only.
6. This kitten/cat is being fed Life’s Abundance and needs to continue to be fed this food once brought home unless your Vet suggests (for Medical Reasons Only) a different food and indicates it in writing that this new food is specifically formulated for your cat/kittens specific need/s then your kitten needs to stay on this food for at least the first 2 years of his/her life but strongly suggest that you continue to feed Life’s Abundance for the duration of your kitten/cats life unless changed for medical reasons. This food is to be ordered through our link on our supplies page of this web site. If your Vet chooses for you to feed another food it needs to be mixed 1/4 and 3/4 for 4 days, then 1/2 and 1/2 for 4 days, then 3/4 and 1/4 for 4 days, then fully on the food that has been chosen. If your cat/kitten shows signs of loose Stool or Diarrhea then slow down the steps to adjust to your own cat/kittens needs. If this step is not taken it can cause intestinal issues which may lead to you paying for more vet bills. If said kitten is not kept on Life’s Abundance then this contract is Null and Void. We will be able to keep track of your food purchaces through our Life’s Abundance website, so no need to keep receipts of your food purchases to cover your contract.
7. All allergies to this kitten/cat are the responsibility of the buyer(NO REFUNDS OR RETURNS OF KITTEN/CAT DUE TO ALLERGIES)
8. If this kitten should pass of Genetic Defects not Environmental Issues within 2 years of it’s birth, a replacement kitten/cat will be offered of the same price and quality(NO REFUNDS). He/She will be replaced after proof in the form of an Autopsy report from a Certified Vet has been given to the breeder.(Fiv/Felv and FIP are not considered Genetic Defects, so please keep your kitties safe and quarantine them properly, also please don’t let them near other animals that are sick or that are indoor/outdoor pets) Also please do not send your kitty to a Cat/Kitty or Vet Daycare or Boarding Facility as your kitten can catch many germs from these places and get extremely ill or die! Also kitty play dates are not a safe option either.. THIS AND ALL VET BILLS ARE THE RESPONSIBILITY OF THE BUYER. Please know that I understand this contract is thorough, this is to protect my and your baby/future babies Health and Well Being but always feel free to contact me if anything at all is to occure with your Ragdoll baby.
9. If said kitten/cat is placed in a new home other than that of the original owner, this contract and replacement plan is NULL and VOID.
ANY AND ALL SHIPPING, TRAVEL EXPENSES, ECT. ARE THE RESPONSIBILITY OF THE BUYER. ANY AND ALL VET RECORDS NEED TO BE COPIED AND GIVEN TO THE SELLER. ANY AND ALL COURT PROCEEDINGS WILL BE HELD IN ELVIA LECLAIR’S (ELVIA’S RAGDOLL BABZ) STATE/COUNTY.
