Breeder Contract www.elviasragdollbabz.com 1) Any Breeder purchased from ElviasRDBabz is not to be used in any breeding program after the age of 6 years unless with prier permission from the seller and approval from a certified vet. 2) Any Female breeder purchased from ElviasRDBabz is not to be bred at least until 12 months of age and not more than twice a year thereafter. 3) Buyer agrees not to keep the breeder cat/kitten in any outside facility without proper heat and or air-conditioning. 4) Breeder cat/kitten is not to be let outside unless in an enclosed environment protected from the elements and other animals. 5) Any cat/kitten breeder purchased from ElviasRDBabz is not to be used in any other breeding program-meaning not be sold, traded, given away, borrowed or used in any other program! 6) Buyer agrees to provide fresh water and quality food to the breeder cat/kitten at all times. 7) Buyer agrees to keep cat/kitten up to date on vaccines and provide proper prompt veterinarian care for anything the cat/kitten may need. 8) If the buyer decides at anytime that the breeder cat/kitten is no longer of value to their breeding program said cat/kitten is to be spayed and kept or placed into a pet home. 9) Buyer agrees not to sell any first generation breeder cat/kitten from this breeding cat/kitten. 10) Buyer agrees to have all cat/kittens from this breeding line spayed/neutered prior to being sold as pets, unless keeping back a breeder cat/kitten for use in only the buyers breeding program. 11) Any first generation Breeder cat/kitten that is held back for the use in the buyers breeding program is not to be sold, traded, given away, borrowed or used in any other breeding program and when the buyer chooses that this breeder cat/kitten no longer has value to their program, said breeder cat/kitten is to be spayed/neutered and kept or placed as a pet.  12) Each Breeder Cat/Kitten will also have a Micro Chip, This is to be scanned and marked on your Cat/Kitten's Vet record each time your Cat/Kitten is brought to the Vet for verification, If this is not done The Replacement Contract will be null and void.
